Raised by the windy city underground, Freddy started by becoming Chicago’s 1st Northwest Battle of the Dj’s Champion at the age of 16. Being crowned by mentor’s, Rick Garcia, and Bad Boy Bill, Freddy realized he would live by Chicago’s Dj standards as way of life, as well as a culture. Thereafter, Freddy found his way east from the suburbs to the inner city to be an Acid Jazz Dj for the group “Deeper than Blue” with Colette on lead vocals, and then roommate, Mazi on keyboards. Soon afterwards, Freddy soon conquered his local Chicago circuit, playing at venues like the Iconic “Club Shelter”,”Medussa’s” and “Alcatrazz”. With no time to spare, Freddy found his way, westward to the banks of Sin City itself holding down Vegas’ first house music night ”Soundbar” held at the House of Blues. Integrated and seduced by the blackwater sounds of the vegas strip, Freddy also played at Sunday pool parties “Plush” as well as, Empire Ballroom’s “Patio Session’s”. All the while, Freddy also knocked out Las Vegas’ legendary “God’s Kitchen” on top of Mandalay Bay’s world re-known sky terrace. Not to mention, starting the longest running venue of six years to date, “Soul Kitchen.” Freddy’s effort’s are sure to be seen on a rotational basis all through the Midwest. Whether it be through his releases on powerhouse labels from “Greyhound” to “NRK Recordings”.. Or whether it be through such CD compilations as “Fabric” UK.” All and all, as Chicago’s best kept secret, Freddy’s sure to work a manic frenzy on the dancefloor, and show why he truly is an ambassodor to Chicago House Music. |

DJ Trevael is a house and world music DJ born in Atlanta and raised in Chicago. He spins a unique blend of deep, tech, electro, and tribal house that has recently been described as having a "Detroit" sound to it. Some of Treveal's DJ influences include: Charles Feelgood, Derrick Carter, Mark Farina, Kaskade, Justin Long, DJ Collette, James Amato, and Uncle Milty. In addition to being at the decks, DJ Trevael is often at his home studio engaged in producing electro, industrial and house tracks. Johnny Trevael began his DJ career in 1999 while working as a Sound Engineer at the NEO nightclub. The opening act for a Halloween night concert cancelled a week before the show and the club manager, knowing that Trevael DJ'ed on the side for a hobby, asked him to perform in their place. This led to spinning at a music / performing arts event held for four years at the club, and deejaying at numerous parties held in Chicago and Milwaukee by a Chicago-based belly dance troupe for two years. |

Sounds of high energy jack beats, consist of the nostalgic "Toto's" &"Coconuts Night Club." Rick was also seen grooving at places that Rick says "Held impeccable Chicago house music taste". These venues included both "Prime and Tender's Night Club" and the legendary "Medusa's." Rick has a unique interpretation through turntable beat mixing by creating a harmonic symphony of true-dub performances. |

Palomo’s passion for music spans the history of his deep roots in rhythm, dance and the arts. Beating on drums since the late 70’s, spinning vinyl, break-dancing and graffiti writing, since the early 80’s, he has evolved through musical journeys of Rock, Disco, Punk, Jazz, Funk, Hip Hop, Break beats, early Italian Disco, German and Detroit electro / techno to Chicago’s acid, house and industrial sounds. Driven by technology of the past, present and future, he established Zuvuya Recordings in 2002, a vinyl and digital label which has been well received for its combination of driven techno, electro and industrial qualities. Tracks from the label have been licensed by Dave Clarke, DJ Hell, Mauro Piccotto, and even an independent film, "Boxboarders". When out of the studio, and on the decks, preferably 3, Palomo’s drive, skills and dedication have landed him DJ sessions at every major club in Chicago, events across the U.S., festivals and club appearances throughout the world - Mexico, Germany, Belgium, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Bulgaria. As of recent, Gabriel has been busy balancing all his musical projects, between producing and managing Zuvuya, drumming and performing with Ghostly International industrial act Kill Memory Crash and Chicago's new disco/punk band The Streets on Fire. Good luck keeping up with this multi-faceted-talented musician, whose passion for sound takes him across genres, scenes, and places around the world. |
